The Exam Palace it becomes Gotham City! Until 8 April 2018, visit the exceptional exhibition of more than 120 works inspired by the world of DC superheroes. Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman are the protagonists of The Art of the Brick: DC Super Heroes in Rome, one of the exhibitions in the world not to be missed, according to CNN. 1880 square meters of exhibition with incredible works, including the very admired Batmobile in real size, built from the first to the last part with Lego bricks.
Based on the partnership with Warner Bros, the exhibition has been visited and organized as well 75 cities and 6 continents, and finally arrived in Rome for another two months. Fans of DC characters and LEGO lovers will be able to enjoy, even in Rome, being carried away by the atmosphere created by the artist Nathan Sawaya, a lawyer who discovered himself, who in the last ten years has transformed a simple game into a form of modern Art.
"Like Superman, each of us has his own story. This collection showcases its own the elements of a super hero's life, including those who drag us into the adventure, "explains Nathan Sawaya.
For children and adults who love LEGO, Nathan Sawaya - lawyer discovered artist - is a kind of super hero. In the last ten years he has in fact transformed a simple game into a form of modern art, stimulating thousands of young people to let their imagination run even outside the box of bricks.
"DC SUPER HEROES is a surprising exhibition because it brings together the artistic qualities of Nathan Sawaya, who won over the Italian public with THE ART OF THE BRICK in Rome and Milan, and the fantastic world of the DC Superheroes", underlines Fabio Di Gioia, of LiveTree, Italian curator of the exhibition. "It is the fortunate combination of the artist's imagination and ability with an alternative world, in which we have fought as children and trained to fight in the struggle of life with the heroes of good and evil".
«Thanks to their incredible strength and dynamism, Nathan's heroes move in a universe that is known and inspires us, of which we know the characters and the rules. Also in this sense, hosted by a timeless architecture at the Palazzo degli Esami, the exhibition becomes a royal Gotham City in the heart of Rome. A place to bring our stories of adults and children and make them live for real »- concludes Di Gioia.
