From 16 to 17 September, inside the Parco dei Daini of Villa Borghese, returns the traditional appointment with La Conserva della Neve, a nursery garden exhibition that houses exclusively collectible nurseries chosen among the best in the Italian and European panorama. Art installations, fun activities for the little ones, and a tasting course, from chocolate cheese!
They will be over 120 exhibitors that will arrive in Rome from all over the world. Green will be the protagonist: it will be possible buy plants, find all the news of the sector and exchange information difficult to find in the traditional circuits so as to make this event a unique event in Italy and in Europe.
The last six editions have created an excellent and constructive relationship between the event and the Municipality of Rome represented by the Superintendency of Cultural Heritage (Direction of Villas and Historical Parks) and the Garden Service. This collaboration takes shape every year in the guided tours from the municipal staff to Secret Gardens for visitors to the exhibition, a must for Villa Borghese.
Two installations will attract visitors interested in art in the large rectangle of beaten earth. The Gardener: bronze sculpture of a twisted female bust, whose dynamism reminds a dancer who, in the act of dancing, sows the barren earth by reviving it, turning this work into the undisputed Lady of the exhibition. And the second, presented by the artist Paolo W. Tamburella, is a new work specially made for the Snow Preserve. It is a large bed surmounted by baskets for the Bangladeshi chickens that dialogues with the trees of the Daini park of Villa Borghese, the nurseries of the Conserva and with the nearby Uccelliera.
The play-training activities are carried out in groups or as individual experiences, the GiocOliere are waiting for you at its exhibition space:
