This privacy policy is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data").
The consultation and use of the site www.enotecaferrara.it and all the related sub-domains (the "Blog") does not imply, in itself, any processing of users' personal data (hereinafter, the "Users") or only the processing of personal data anonymously, in ways that do not allow their identification.
By implementing the registration procedure for the services offered by the Blog, Users voluntarily communicate their personal data to the Data Controller.
The personal data provided by Users will be processed in accordance with the principles of protection of personal data established by the Code regarding the protection of personal data and by other applicable laws on the subject.
The provision of data is optional; however, failure to provide data will prevent the possibility of using the newsletter services provided by the Blog and reserved for registered Users.
Owner of the data processing
Personal data is processed by the Data Controller, Enoteca Ferrara srl (e-mail: info@enotecaferrara.it) with automated tools and for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Purpose of the processing
The personal data collected through registration to the services offered by the Blog (by way of example only, subscription to the newsletter, requests for articles, invitations to events, request for information on the Blog or requests for contact) and / or through the inclusion of comments to the articles published in it are treated in order to allow the use of the services provided by the Blog and reserved for registered Users. Any processing for statistical purposes is carried out exclusively on anonymous data. With the exception of cases permitted by law or provided in this privacy statement, personal data will not be communicated or disseminated without the user's consent.
Personal data is processed and stored in Italy and will be accessible only to the Data Controller, except for access to any formally appointed consultants who are responsible for or in charge of processing.
Right to access personal data and other rights pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 ("Privacy Code")
The user may at any time exercise the rights referred to in art. 7 of the Privacy Code, including the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of data at any time, to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its updating, integration, rectification or cancellation due to violation of the law, by written notice to be sent to: info@enotecaferrara.it.
Cookies and Google Analytics
These are text files (so-called cookies) that allow you to facilitate the navigation and operation of the Blog.
The Blog uses CDs. session cookies that are not stored permanently on the user's computer and are removed when the browser is closed. Their use is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers necessary to allow the safe and efficient exploration of the Blog. They do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data of the user.
This Blog uses the Google Analytics web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google").
