The Soup Festival is back, the tastiest winter appointment of Enoteca Ferrara.
A special event to revive aromas, smells and memories, customs and traditions around a large pot that contains the taste of Italy, which recalls the scent of the sea or the forest, the meadows and hills, the mountains and the countryside.
An event not to be missed, tasty and simple: le soups will be 12 to which is added the Clandestina, which will vary according to the inspiration of the Chef.
A succession of flavors that crosses Italy from north to south, without forgetting the islands, with proposals for all tastes.
They range from the soup of Valsesia to the traditional Roman soup with broccoli and arzilla to the Sardinian specialty with Fregula cun cocciula.
It will be possible to choose a soup at a cost of 10 euros or take advantage of the tasting menu which includes the choice of three alternatives.
