Il Capodanno di Enoteca Ferrara

Per il vostro Capodanno abbiamo pensato ad una proposta che potesse lasciare la libertà di scelta e fissare un costo che non riservi sorprese.

La vostra cena si articolerà di 6 portate tra cui sceglierete il primo piatto, il secondo ed il dolce da un menù speciale per le feste che l’Enoteca Ferrara propone ogni anno diverso.

3 antipasti invece la Chef li tiene per se, per poter esprimere la sua creatività e regalare un inizio cena sorprendente.

Panettone e cotechino con lenticchie di buon augurio termineranno la vostra cena e vi proietteranno nella seconda serata in cui, la musica dal vivo dapprima di sottofondo alzerà il volume e vi accompagnerà fino a tardi, nel nuovo anno.

Un nostro sommelier, per chi lo vorrà, vi accompagnerà a due passi dal nostro ristorante sul fantastico ponte pedonale di Sisto da dove si potranno ammirare i fuochi di mezzanotte brindando al tintinnio dei cristalli.

New Year’s Eve 2019

Dear guests, for Your New Year’s Eve dinner we propose You a menu that will let You choose Your dinner but at the same time will fix a cost that would reserve You no surprise.
Your dinner will be setted in six courses letting You select the First Course, the Main Course and the Dessert from our “Special Holidays menu”.

The three “Horse d’oeuvres” will be left  to our Chef’s choice in order to let her fully express her creativity and give You a surprising introduction to a memorable evening.

The omen – Italian Christmas cake “Panettone” and traditional Pork Sausage with lentils will conclude the dinner and launch You into the second part of the evening. The background dinner live music will amplify and transform Enoteca Ferrara into a dancefloor that will amuse You through the night.

Our Sommelier will guide You through the dinner with her advice on a suitable festal wine choice and, if You like, will take You to the near Sisto Bridge to toast the New Year while enjoying Roman midnight fireworks, making Your gastronomic and enological experience with us even more memorable.
